No apology for keeping us waiting, a queue had formed. No knowledge of what I was asking for, I was asking for advice as to whether the item I was buying was the same size as the one I was trying to replace. It ends up the item I bought was the wrong size so had to return. Terrible customer service, the staff were all chatting around the corner, no apologies to the customers waiting."
"They have all the main tools needed to carry any diy job big or small. Done many purchases with them over the past few years. Pretty much have stock of everything on same day but if delayed then its only by 24-48 hours which I think is still quite decent."
