"Went with a friend who needed to de-clutter her wardrobe. The bin bag was so heavy, we got there and the shop was crowded/smelly and dirty(i wanted outside) my friend was told to wait outside while this woman took the bag weighed it opened it and said her clothes weren't what she needed..... If I could rate -5 stars I would.. I'd rather take unwanted clothes to a charity shop"
