"Had visited both Calvin Klien and Levi’s trying to find good fitting jeans (dad bod, but prefer slim fit, so hard to balance!). No luck. Tried Replay and finally found what I was looking for. Comfortable, and well fitting. Reece was both helpful and knowledgeable about the product lines, and demonstrated exemplary customer service. Very pleased with my purchases and will be back."

"Visited this shop many times. The manager is awful, his staff look scared to death of him. It’s obvious you’re making them push sales, but that is off putting for a customer. My advice to the poor staff is find another job. He’s a bully and doesn’t deserve you as staff."

"Pushy sales staff. Tried on some jeans and a shirt. Jeans were too long and didn’t have my size. Told them I’d just take the shirt and the next minute had 3 staff around me at the counter. “You could get them altered”, “You sure? They’re really highly reduced. Not worth leaving them” and even “Why not just roll them up”. Seriously guys? Won’t be back for a second visit."

"Visited this shop now 3 times and it hasn't got any better. The guy in charge comes across as very rude and a know all. The employees working with him seem very scared & I feel very sorry for them. The last straw for me at this shop was when they didn't have the right length jeans in stock I was told that there was someone around the corner who did alterations!! Sorry is this for real? The employee must have been told to say this. I am in shock. Who would spend that money then pay to get them altered? I am never going in that shop again"
