"I really like the Kebab but this is the third time when I can’t bear the place and it’s staff. Lack of management, no coordination and way too loud music makes that you really feel that is not worth it. 1. Kebabs ready for 12 minutes under the heat lamps only to wait for nachos and chips. 2. Music so loud that you cannot eat and the girl behind the desk is dancing. 3. Every time I’m here there is something not in stock. Today are the dips - they make half of the success of the kebabs 4. Somebody clearly doesn’t have idea how to prepare the wrap. It’s falling apart. 5. I’m with my partner. She finally gets her kebab while I’m still sitting there like a lemon! 6. The food was really good. This is probably the reason I’m still coming back"

"Ordered through Deliveroo. Used to come Catford but hoped the Penge is the same, they are chain in the end but no. The bread was stale and there wasn’t ‘almost’ any meat in it."

After waiting 46minutes with 3persons (customers) and 6staff members in a shop I was told that they didn't know I was waiting (I asked few times if my meal is coming and was assured is coming very soon). "I went to this branch yesterday and all I can say was good things!! The staff was very kind and helpful and the food was perfect, hot and delicious :)) The atmosphere was vibrant and warm, and i would bring my family next time I'm here. I would really recommend eating their food!"
