"waited 40 minutes to eat in...only uber drivers were there and they gave them priority which was absolutely awful service when you have been waiting. there was other people who started to get mad after 30 minutes which is totally understandable. We were so frustrated. I ordered Donna with chips and the chips were over fried and oily. I have German Donna before in other branches food was way better and service was exceptional. this branch need to Improve."

"Good food but the worst customer service from the young girl that served me. She forgot to put cheese on one of my orders, when I returned to ask for the the cheese, she went looking in her computer, looking at the reciept, even though there's no price difference, she just has to put a dollop of cheese on my food. But she was insistent on blaming me by saying it's was my (the customers) fault. I didn't understand her logic it was just a dollop of cheese that comes with the meal at no extra cost."
