"Located in a very central part of Romford, Wagamama is one of the best eat-in options in that area. Depending on what time you decide to visit, it can get really busy. Service was calm as we got seated and settled pretty quickly. Servers were very friendly and helpful with good knowledge of the menu. The ambience was chilled and modern with good spacing b/w tables. The food was really good and we were not in a hurry to leave. Lots of drinks options and dessert is a must!."

"This is a brilliant addition to the restaurants in Romford and can see it being very popular. Beautiful decor inside with lots of seating. Great service and love that you can pay your bill on your phone by scanning the QR code on your table. Good value for money; big portions, delicious food and reasonably priced. Lovely cocktails on the menu aswell. Would recommend the Yaki Udon; my favourite dish."

"Food was very good, all of us really enjoyed the food, however, the service was lacking in some areas, when we walked in nobody came to seat us for 2/3 minutes, our server was very quiet which meant when they read back our order we couldn’t quite hear it properly, this later became a problem when the wrong meal came out leaving one of us waiting for food, not only that but before everyone had finished eating, plates were being taken away, not common courtesy and not the recommended service. I would come here again, because the food was excellent, but, I would recommend that some training is delivered to the staff and perhaps mentoring of newer staff to check that they are doing everything correctly."

"Lovely food and accommodating staff! My partner and I came here for dinner on a Saturday evening and were seated even faster than the 10 minutes than we were told. Our server, Sarah, was very nice and was able to make all the changes we needed. She even checked and got us green tea! The shirodashi ramen with udon noodles instead of the ramen noodles were amazing and the rich broth was very tasty. My partner's beef ramen was very good. Would recommend if you're looking for about as close as you can get to fine dining in Romford."

"My parents were eating in yesterday, and is really nice, so we are here with all the family again today. manager and the head chef is really kind and helpful. The ramen is really nice and the curry! Btw the desserts is really nice! Recommend for family!"
