"Shoes broke after trying on, irregular choice. Appears to be a design flaw as shoes otherwise OK. I contacted the company but was told they cannot refund as 'irregular choice are delicate' I am extremely unhappy as they should be fit for purpose and I haven't even worn them out the house, I'd not expect bits to be falling off! And to be told I can't be refunded on a pair of shoes that should be almost £300! I have never had issue with irregular choice shoe before- Disgusting customer service."

"I have not shopped with this company before. I ordered some shoes, then a few hours later I found them cheaper. They lady I spoke to on the phone said she could have prices matched - which I didn’t realise they would do (but had brought them else where just so I didn’t miss out) but it’s good to know. And I will look at Shoe Emporium again when buying shoe. Got the refund email with in minutes of the phone call, very efficient."
