"Absolutely shocking customer care service. if I could rate this company any lower I would. Sent shoes that were ordered as Rose gold but was sent a pair with the colour Champagne on the box …. Sent them back for a refund which was a long process just to get my money back and plenty of emails later to be made to feel it was my fault as it was my interpretation of shoe colour !! Clearly a two bit company with little good will as I had to pay return cost too … I will not purchase from them again and frankly on my experience alone I would advise others to be wary too"
"Excellent customer service, shoes and concept. I found the staff to be very helpful and as a result I have been a loyal customer since. Easy to shop inside too as you can purchase all kinds of occasion shoes and matching clutch bags. Love the store décor too."
"Purchased some shoes from their website which did not have any grip on the sole of the shoe and was deemed slippery and dangerous. I found the exact shoe elsewhere with grip on the sole of the shoe so I decided to return the shoe (unused and in it's original packaging). At first I was promised the refund of the delivery cost when I returned the shoe as well however Natalie who kept emailing me back and forth decided that I was not entitled to the postage and packaging refund despite being promised it in earlier emails! They kept repeating themselves that they will talk to someone else and get back to me but after about 12 emails over just a £5 postage and packaging fee, it is clear that they do not value their customers or their reputation. Honestly, don't even bother. Their designs can be seen elsewhere and you would get a better value and better customer service!!"
"Useless company ! ordered shoes over a month ago never received them but got a "despatched email". Emailed them 5 days later and got no response. Emailed again and was told the shoes didnt pass quality control. Was told i would be refunded. Been chasig them everyday for the past month and still no refund ! no reply to most of my emails ! useless company! have reported to the papers and watchdog and a case opened with paypal."
"Worst company ever!!! I did a trial for Miss Diva Shoes in Bluewater 1pm-4pm and the boss (Aki) was not even in when my shift started, he decided to show up two hours later then had the cheek to say at the end of my shift that i need to get to know the store rooms better, which one out of the four by the way was the staff toilet. That and he hadn't even been there to witness the work i had done. But still said i would be contacted with an out come, this did not happen and there wasn't even any pay for the work done. I was rushed off my feet and helped sell 20+ pairs of shoes, the customers were great and praised me a lot whether this put other members of staffs noises out of joint and added to it or not i don't know. As customers weren't finding other staff helpful. Never would I recommend them as a place of work, slave labour!!! They still do this now, how or why do they get away with it??? From Kelly-Marie"
