"Since moving to manchester I visited This nail salon almost every month. One this occasion I booked in at 10am I was told to come in at 9am. (I had given a £10 deposit as every customer does) prior to the appointment. During the beginning stages of my pedicure I received horrible news regarding a family member being terminally Ill. I suffered a panic attack and all the staff were bothered about was me paying them. No one offered to ask how I was feeling although I felt I was going to collapse I told the woman to terminate the pedicure and she went off outside. The woman who owns the business said I had to pay £35 even though the service was not even completed or done properly. The only thing they completed was removing dead skin and removing previous nail varnish on the nails even though there is STILL the same old nail varnish on my toes. They didn’t even remove it properly and my skin on my feet isn’t even soft. I have received pedicures before and this wasn’t even professional. I will happily say I will not come back to this salon and wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit."

"Went in for an eyebrow wax, spent over half an hour waiting. But I hadn't made an appointment. The woman who did my eyebrows was The WORSE! I only needed a tidy up my eyebrows are normally thick which I prefer. They are now thin, uneven, my left one has a gap missing! If I hadn't looked in the mirror while was getting something than she would have kept on at it making them worse. After asking what they were gong to do about I got told that there was nothing wrong with them, that she hadn't touched them, and what do I want them to do about it... Stick them back on? Definitely would not recommend. Absolutely furious!!!!!!!!!!!!"
