"Just had a haircut today from Deniz Barbers. The service was 10/10, fade on point and the staff were very welcoming and professional. Highly recommend!"
"Just moved to the area. Needed a hair cut for a wedding next day. Turned up straight after work, an hour and half before closing time. Sat down patiently, then was told he was going to cut the two gents hair who were sat waiting before me and wouldn’t be able to cut mine. Guess I’ll take my money else where. 2 stars for being polite. -3 stars for not being able to provide a professional service within the stated opening hours. I’m sure this is a one off and they do a great job, but this is my experience when I arrive."
"Sadly Sadly I can't post a 0 star review and it's not nice to do this but I am posting on behalf of my partner and myself, who are both FUMING. At first the person attending to my partners hair, did a cracking job of the fade can't fault that but when it came to the fringe he had NO IDEA what he was doing!!! Who uses a RAZOR on this sort of texture and length of hair?! Just to give everyone an idea, my partner has thick, straight hair and the style he was going for is not difficult to do on his hair, although the stylist was saying the opposite saying "he can't achieve the Brad Pitt look". I chipped in and said that the look is achievable as it has been done before. The stylist thought it would be smart to argue with us both and not admit he is in the wrong, when he very much was! Kept talking over us both and thought using more hair products would help with the botched haircut. Sadly hair products do not make the hair grow within seconds, although if they did exist we would be using them right now! Luckily the stylist next to us intervened, as he could see our frustations with the haircut and the ignorance from the original stylist was starting to grind both of our gears. There was nothing that could be done with the fringe, it was too short but he was able to thin the top of the hair out and make it look a little bit better. Thanks to the second stylist who tried to make the look better but honestly the orginal stylist needs to do some more hairdressing lessons or learn more about different types of textures of hair because he had no idea what do with my partners fringe and my partner has had to pay the price for this! Also maybe some customer service skills lessons wouldn't go a miss too. The owner and second stylist said my partner did not have to pay for this haircut and that they would personally attend to it next time, but sadly its too much of an off putting experience. I imagine the owner and second stylist would do a much better job though from what I could see, whilst waiting for my partner to get his hair cut."
