"Lovely chap who deals with clothes coming in. You can't take winter jackets thick jumpers, but you can also take in bedding curtains. How much money you get depends on the weight of the bags. I've always found them pretty reasonable"

"I have never been to a cash4clothes place before and to be honest I was a bit reluctant to go esp after reading some of these reviews, but I'm a bit confused with the negative posts. I have just come from giving my clothes for cash and I was treated with honesty and the greatest of respect. The young man sifted through each bag and kindly told me that they don't accept toys and specific other types of clothing but he specified which ones he can accept. After asking what happens to the clothing, he told me that the clothing is reused by those in need in other countries, and that's why they are a littke stricter on the quality of what they recieve. He weighed each bag individually and wrote down the weight and how much for each bag then calculated everything at the end. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with the service I recieved. Also I NEVER write reviews but my experience today compelled me to."

"Just spoke to this guy on the phone. We are a charity who supports homeless people and we have lots of bags of clothes that we cannot use such as bigger sizes or suits. We decided to weigh these clothes in to get some extra money to put back in to the charity. This guy said he didn't want to buy from charities because the stuff is "suspicious" Im actually thinking this guy is suspicious only wanting to buy from the public! Hope he is declaring his income to the tax man because a call will certainly be made to ensure he is."

"I took several bags of clothes, shoes, bedding etc. and I couldn't have received a better service. I was served by a guy who was originally from Estonia and he was brilliant! Received my cash on the spot and will certainly be going back again."

"Not reliable at all! The opening times shown are not accurate as the guy who opens the shop comes and goes away according to his own comfort. At 9.40pm the shop was not open, it was waste of time and journey. He opened the shop after 10.00pm. When I called, he said he would be open until 5.30pm and when I reached at 3.53pm he said he has already closed. He didn’t have courtesy to be sorry."
