Waited 77 days so far for a reply to a ticket regarding commission - Only way you ever get to communicate with Jamie/support is when you publicy out them on Twitter. They have absolutely no intention of reading or replying to emails/their own ticket system. "It's funny how they don't respond to detailed 1 star reviews like these, since they know it's their fault and it would look bad if they admitted it. I ordered a jersey from my University's eSports team, as we were thrilled about the League of Legends Tournament that we were participating in. However, it's been 1.5 month since I placed my order, and I still haven't received anything. Customer service is pretty much non-existent, as I send them an email twice, as well as messaging on Instagram. They just won't respond. On the website, it says ETA 3 DECEMBER. This was already considered late, since I ordered it on the 4th of November. It's. Its now 4 days and counting past the ETA and I Still haven't had any email whatsoever from them. It is getting annoying now how bad customer service can be. Overall experience; frustrating, angry and helpless."
