"I visited this salon on Saturday and had my hair coloured, cut and blow dried by Mel - such a lovely atmosphere in here, and definitely a family vibe which was so nice! Much more enjoyable experience than some other salons I've visited previously as everyone was soooo friendly, welcoming and just some lovely conversations flowing. Hate the usual "stuck up" vibe you can get with other salons. Mel and the team listened to exactly the look I was after and created it no hassle, and I was overjoyed with the result - only shame is I haven't been going here for longer! Will 100% be back xxxxxx"

It’s like a little family in there.. everyone’s genuinely welcoming, top quality but no stuck up fake people intimidating you like the usual hairdressers on the high street. "First appointment for highlights and extensions... messed my colour up had to return the next day for correction, then my extensions started falling out the day after that and I had to wait over a week to get fixed!!! Because they corrected it I booked a second appointment for highlights which have ripped/burnt a hole on my scalp in my parting!!! Never said anything to me and after I've left and I've noticed driving home I contacted charlotte she blamed me and said I'd always had it!!! and insinuated I am on medication and i am stressed!!! I don't get what the hype is about this place avoid unless you want to spend a fortune, be maimed and then insulted... and I've only just realised from the prices on her website she has overcharged me by £96.50... I feel totally mugged off, humiliated and embarrassed."
