"Not sure why you got this guy to cover you whilst you were away but I got a cut on Thursday 25th Aug and it's the worst cut I've ever had! I tried to tell him how I wanted it but his English was zero. He could not understand anything I said. I have a double crown and he's ruined it. Won't be returning. Get people who can understand basic English! It's a minimum requirement!"
