"Went in tonight with a group of 11. The servers were very nice and quick! Struggled with eating with chopsticks but I suppose that’s a me problem. 12£ seemed a bit much for a vegan salad but it was good! Drinks a little weak but delicious!"

"Today's experience was quite average for this Wagamama, and the last couple of other ones had the same outcome, sadly. The food was bland, and the ingredients just seemed remarkably unfresh; we wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, but it didn't cut it for me today, and it makes me sad to leave such reviews. Still, not everything we go to lives up to the standard; these chain restaurants are the main ones that tend to have this outcome. The staff were friendly, but the food was lacking; looks nice in the pictures but did not taste the same. In terms of location is excellent, near to both the East Putney district line and the mainline Putney station too. A*** LDT x"

"We went to have dinner with friends. The service was slow....unfortunately, not organised. The staff members said they were understaffed, perhaps this was the reason. We asked for beansprouts to be removed from a main. The dish came with beansprouts anyway and I had to turn it back again. One of the drinks came with wrong size option. One of the sides (gyozas) was not even served and we were almost finishing the dinner. Rice and salad didn't taste fresh. Chocolate cake dessert was a bomb of sugar. The food was average quality, the service was bad (the staff was friendly though). The restaurant is overpriced and poorly managed. Won't return."
