"Wonderful experience here at Roberts hair salon in Urmston. From the moment I entered the premises I felt comfortable, confident and relaxed. Robert the owner could not have been more kind; after our chat he introduced me to Holly who was going to be my stylist. Holly and I discussed the style and cut I wanted. I was extremely happy with the attentiveness Holly gave me throughout the appointment and her professionalism in styling and cutting my hair. The most thing that impressed me was the way Holly remained with me throughout the whole experience from a deeply nourishing wash and conditioning to the end of my appointment. Also, the lovely cappuccino Robert brought me, and his caring attitude made the experience a lovely, pleasant afternoon at House of Finesse in Urmston Manchester.
