"Awful customer service. No communication as they didn’t speak English, didn’t have any conversation with me through the whole experience. Asked for a balayage, tried to say my hair was “damaged” which was not the case and when complaining even the owner agreed. Stylist ignored everything I asked for after this, shoved a pink dye on and ignored any of my requests. Asked for a couple of inches trim, didn’t do this. Had to re wash and restyle my own hair when I got home. Paid £120 for a service I did not receive and having to get it redone somewhere else. 1000000% AVOID. Been getting my hair done for years and never had a problem with my own hairdresser! Will never be going there again!"
