"Ordered my food at 5.20pm I was told a posible hours wait, which was excepted. After 2 hours I ring to find out where it was and was promised i should have it within 30 minutes I am still waiting 1 hour later. They gave me some excuse that the driver would not come because of the ice on the road. I told them that i managed to move my car earlier and had no problem. I cannot get the meal myself as I am a live-in carer"

"The first and last time we will be ordering! Ordered tonight and was told 45 minutes arrived within 10-15 which is never a good sign. The food was vile The duck was so dry and hardly any meat mainly bones and skin. The chicken chow mien was all stuck together clearly microwaved and once again the piece of chicken I did try was tough the chicken balls had a funny texture all most like mush.I have never written a review but honestly the food is going straight in the bin as we don’t want to get sick. The only thing edible was the prawn crackers and even they were lacking flavour. It won’t let me respond to your reply but yes we ordered from you. The duck was shredded and had small bones. I’m really sorry to say but the food was inedible and we’ve chucked it in the bin."

"The menus are clearly laid out on the website with a choice of collect or delivery. Chose Set meal E for 2 and was pleased with our choice. Food was hot and tasty. Ordered by phone, was told it would be ready for collection in 20 mins and it was. Cash or card. Staff were efficient and friendly too."
