"Genuinely the worst salon ever ! Read that another lady had similar experience. I decided to try eyebrow threading and tinting at this place, it was f*ckin bad! Bina the lady made my brows paper thin, I was on the verge of tears. Therefore, I told her I won’t be paying for the service as it was HORRIBLE ! She then started shouting at me reached into my pocket for money and snatched my phone. My little daughter was with me and bina made her traumatised hysterically crying as she screaming waving into my face ! she still refused to hand back MY PROPERTY I gave her the money and left . SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN !!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"

"This is an amazing beauty parlour, I have sent two of my daughters to Bina beauty salon and they were very happy and had a great time. Their hair, nails, eyelashes looks amazing! they also mentioned that Bina and the other lady doing their nails were really nice! :) i would 100% recommend."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! (I never leave Google reviews but felt the need too on this occasion) I have been getting eyelash extensions from various place for 6+ years and these are by far the worst eyelash extensions I have ever had. She put on a couple of eyelashes on each eye and then left me for 30 minutes to give somebody else a wash and blow dry. Once she finally returned she kept gluing the eyelashes with the bottom lashes and tearing apart. Needless to say was painful! When they were finally done they looked absolutely horrendous. Bina then started plucking them off one by one which was agony as she was pulling out my eyelashes too. One week on and they've already all come off! She charged me £45 which I refused after such awful treatment and awful result. I gave her £25 for her time (which was incredibly generous considering). With that, her two adult daughters came out from nowhere and I had the three of them shouting, waving their hands in my face, getting in my personal space and then blocking my exit from the salon when I was trying to leave. Needless to say I very shake up! Please avoid at all costs, my eyelashes have been ruined and the experience was horrific!"

"Nina herself was lovely but the waxing area looked dated and not clean. I’ve had many Hollywood waxes before but this was painful and left me red and sore, worst bit is not all hair removed. I paid through treatwell which she refunded and asked me to pay via bank transfer. Will never use this Salon again"

"The worst experience of waxing, threading and hair treatments I have ever had. It’s cheap for a reason. I had a full body wax, a hair trim and eyebrow threading. 1. Bina used the worst wax, that was clumpy and frankly looked expired, not because it was green mind you. She didn’t apply the wax properly so she missed so many spots and now I have patchy areas everywhere. I have hive like red spots and bleeding from several areas. 2. She body shamed me the entire session because she said I was overweight, mind you I am a 12 uk size. She said that I eat too much, and to lay off the sweets and the burgers like she knew my life story and how I ate. And her daughters go to the gym and are more healthy than me. I don’t get how people feel it’s okay to comment about your life and what you should do when they don’t even know you. Especially when it’s incorrect. My mum makes the same recommendations and I would tell her off, but that’s my mum, not a random stranger, who has no right to speak to me that way. My hair cut is uneven just like my eyebrows. I felt self-conscious the whole time. £60 for the worst service and being insulted during it. Never going there again even though she pushed me to come back like crazy the whole session. DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!"
