"Called on a Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for waxing on a Saturday afternoon. Gave them my name and phone number. They confirmed the booking. Show up today, 10min early. They don't have a beautician on site on Saturdays. This was NOT mentioned at all when I called. And they're claiming I wasn't scheduled, which is false. There's "nothing they can do" and they're "so sorry". Unhelpful I now have no way to get any kind of waxing because everywhere else is booked up. If I could give a 0, I would."
