"First time here and I was really impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail from the staff. The girl that worked on my nails did a phenomenal job, and I am really happy with the results. My nails look so tidy and crisp, honestly I can't stop looking at them. The staff members are kind and made me feel welcome at all times and made sure that they are happy to listen in case I wanted to change anything. I felt part of the process instead of having someone just mindlessly working my nails and not asking or requesting feedback throughout the process. We also talked about cats and Christmas, so I'll definitely will be coming back."

"I've been here a few times to get my nails done and have been pretty happy with what I've had done. I have however always felt that the owner is pretty brash and rude and doesn't create a nice environment, but have kept going because of how nice the other staff are. I did however recently go again and was just very uncomfortable with the way the owner spoke to me and others. It's as though you're causing an inconvenience by being there despite the fact that you're a paying customer. I can see from other reviews that people have also felt the same and seeing her response just instils the attitude she has. It's a shame as there are some really good technicians working there."
