"Such a pretty salon and staff are nice enough but unfortunately not 5 * experience. I got nail art and it was smudged, uneven and didn't look like what I wanted it to. Also I was surprised that the nail tech who didn't once ask if I was happy with it (which normally other places do - even just for the right colour). The nail art seemed more like an apprentice did it rather than professional, which would've been fine if the price reflected the ability but it was nearly £40 and by the time it was done I just wanted to leave I was so disheartened. It was my first time getting hard gel/dipping gel nails upon recommendation & such a shame I didn't get the result I wanted."
