"3rd time order has been late. Ordered via Just Eat at 18.49 this evening looking for 19.45 delivery slot shown, order confirmed as ready for 20.05. Phoned restaurant at 20.20, told it had just left!!! No courtesy call/text email to say delayed, arrived at 20.36, over half an hour late. Phoned them back, feeble sorry received but not bothered when I said I would leave poor review, clearly taking on too many orders they can’t fulfil in the time slots promised. £25 spent on an order we won’t eat tonight as both have early start for work next day, 8pm was our absolute latest time for eating. No offer to placate with any form of discount/refund, customer service appalling. Will never use again and we have plenty of friends who will do the same going forward, worst service I’ve received in ages."

"Went to pick up an order and they forgot the chips off our order. Once we tried ringing in order to sort something they refused to do anything about it as they’re a “small” business. After a good 10 minutes on the phone whilst our food was getting cold he finically told us they can deliver the chips and give us 1 fortune cookie to make up for it and was very rude and hung up after this was sorted. This company claiming all Chinese places wouldn’t refund us after I asked is ridiculous. Considering you wouldn’t be a business without your customers I think some serious improvement is required. The food was also nothing special and very bland."

"Appalling service!! Would give 0 if I could. I ordered the house special fried rice instead of the regular special fried rice (both items have pretty much the same name annoyingly). I only realised once I received the order and immediately called the restaurant. I was told that a lot of people make this mistake (but they still haven’t changed the name of the product) and that there was nothing they could do about it. I explained how disappointed I was, and asked if they were willing to find some sort of remedy to ensure good customer service, but was told point blank no! Absolutely poor customer service. They clearly don’t value their custom. At not much hassle they could have offered a refund of £4.80 for the item or sent out the correct item or even offered me a discount on my next order. Any of these things would have been a small gesture for them but would have left a positive mark with me as a customer. The man I spoke to was rude, abrupt and frankly couldn’t care less. Never ordering from here again. Even the food isn’t worth the money or poor service."
