"Dirty Shop Sign and never cleaned. This sums up the ethos of local shop keepers in Plumstead. They are quite happy with their properties looking dishevelled and dirty driving the area down. Local business owners seem to have zero passion for their business appearance. I will update in the near future to establish whether they can be bothered to clean."
