"We arrived 10 minutes late past our booking to find that our table had been given to someone else. We were just left standing at the entrance like a bunch of lemons as no staff attempted to speak to us to resolve the situation or try and help. The carpets were sticky and the restaurant was over crowded. Wouldn’t recommend dining here."

"Being told to be patient by a waiter is not how I expect to be treated when I'm paying for a service, incredibly slow service, rude staff, poor food, had better service at McDonald's. Asked to move to any empty table away from the door as we were cold to be told its laid up for 3 people, there are 4 of you, when there was clearly 4 seats was pure lazy, we moved ourselves anyway, which was effortless. Best advice give it a MISS"
