"I have been going to Jo Ferns for my hair for around 10 years and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks. The girls are so lovely and I have never had a style/colour I don’t love. They’re all very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced - I’d trust any of them with my hair! I would also highly recommend Hannah Ferns - she is fantastic at what she does, I refer to her has my hair magician because she works wonders. I love a good change and she is always up for making my ideas a reality. She’s also not afraid to offer up advice or an alternative idea, which I always appreciate. Aside from the girls, the whole experience is really nice too with coffees, brews, biscuits and often cakes, sarnies and treats. It’s a gorgeous salon, v. light and airy and my hair colour always looks the same under the light as it does outside - which is a huge plus! Thank you for always making my head feel special Hannah & the rest of the Jo Ferns girls (especially Ryley with the head massages that I absolutely would be happy paying for)."

Hannah is great at what she does and I fully trust her to do her thing and I love it every time. The salon is a lovely environment to spend time while having my treatment.
