"Someone called me up, said that I needed to cancel my order on UberEats and that they would still deliver if I paid £40 cash. I said I would not cancel and I didn’t want to be charged. It was duly cancelled and I got the refund. Long story short, the delivery never came and Me Chans apparently knew nothing about the other even though they had cancelled on Uber eats. They tried to say they can’t cancel but it was cancelled after they called me"

"Awful customer service. Spent over £70 and wrong food delivered and was told there was nothing they could do and hung up! Can’t even eat the food delivered as one of the people eating is allergic to some foods. No offer of resolution from the restaurant - terrible customer service. Order regularly from this restaurant but never again!"

"Due to issues out of my control, we was delivered the complete wrong order. Called the restaurant and was met with a very unhelpful person who basically told me it wasnt their fault and to deal with it...sad as we have been many times to this establishment but will not be returning."

"I've ordered from here so many times and never had any issues. However this evening I've found what looks like a small cockroach in my chicken dish. It was a sizeable insect -this is a total deal-breaker for me so unfortunately I won't order again. It's a shame as we've always enjoyed the food in the past."
