"Such a nice store and the staff are really friendly (I can't remember his name but particularly the young guy with glasses). Happy to let you try things on in, visibly cleaning the changing rooms before you use them, and politely checking (without being pushy) if you need another size after a few mins which I found really helpful. My favourite store in Meadowhall ☺️"

"just to say i suggest you send a mystery shopper in this store you have i have to say very rude and aggressive staff quite appalling my wife and sister were treated appalling by your staff and would never return.regardless of the substanial amount of money they spent which should not be a reason for staff to be polite these cutomer manners were a disgrace l suggest you address this situation forthwith"

"Bought some jean's, so I obviously like the store. The staff were helpful and friendly and offered good advice to fitting. A little more than I usually pay for jeans but the fit and comfort made it worthwhile, and we used my wife's student discount card to make the price more reasonable."
