"I dread to call the restaurant on the days I order. The blonde girl that answers the phone on Sundays needs to have a lesson or 2 in customer service. She's so rude and quick to get off the phone. Sure it might be busy but doesn't mean you can be rude to customers. I work in a takeaway answering calls and I would never treat my customers how she does. Very very poor."

"Tasteless food and terrible customer service. From the moment I called to make an order, the customer service was poor. All the food was bland and disgusting. The chicken balls tasted like leftovers that had been reheated, to the point that it was extremely crunchy. None of my family could eat any of the food. When I called the shop to complain, they said "it must be my taste buds." I had to take the food back to the shop and complain again. Fortunately they refunded part of my money, but I still had to order food from elsewhere in the end. I am not sure how they got a 5 star rating from the Foods Standard Agency. Maybe this is new management that's gone wrong. But read the other reviews for yourself. This place needs to be closed down. Please save your money and go elsewhere!"

"Placed an order via just eat, phoned up to enquire about prawn crackers, the woman on the phone was rude and hung up on me. When I phoned back was told I couldn't speak to the manager and I had to speak to her. My chop suey had grey prawns in it. The shredded chicken chow main had hardly any chicken in and the special fried rice was rock solid. I will be finding a new Chinese shop"

"Absolutely diabolical! The meat and prawns were not cooked! We spent £30 only to literally taste one mouthful and then chuck the food away. Do not order. How has this place not been shut down? Gordon Ramsey would be disgusted. Had to order a curry from somewhere else now!"
