"Really disappointed by a staff member. My mother was discriminated against in this store. she has trigeminal neuralgia which causes an excruciating nerve pain. She had to cover her face as it was windy today and the staff member came to her and asked her to remove her hood she tried to explain to him her condition many times and he kept repeating “ What? Why?” instead of actually listening. My sister returned to explain to him and he didn't even apologize and he insisted that he was right. I understand that this might be the store policy but there were people wearing their hood and she had a reason to wear it."

"Very bad experience with foot-asylum with y online order. I ordered online hoodie but the sent me kids slipper instead when they phoned head office they said they selected item is not available so, you have 2 options refund or buy other item. I said I want other colour in that hoodie or you can give me any other hoodie instead but they said no those are expensive you have to pay extra. When I selected the item online it was available on that day if it’s not available, it’s not my fault. They should have give me another hoodie. @Don’t-go-Foot-asylum"
