"Ordered over the phone to collect and stated to them I cannot eat peas as I am allergic to them. The order was repeated back to me as I stated no peas. Collected my order never had time to check and ordered from here lots of times no problem. Got home and there was peas inside. Phoned the shop and complained as I was very hungry by this time and unable to eat my food. I was told the kitchen is very busy so long wait(was Friday night to be fare). Well I was busy too as had to go out. Reasonedvwith the Lady who was nice at time. Told her we short out next time I come in (lucky I returning) which was agreed. Ordered same order over phone again stated no peas. On arrival same lady explain I had to throw food away as unable to eat it due to my allergy but was charge full price. Hang on hear was this my mess up or yours. Then she knocked a couple of pounds off no I do not pay for food I cannot eat and think you should be compensating me with some thing free and the order which you messed up, muppets never shop there again they can keep it as I stated when walked out the shop without paying (come on what you take me for !) Would give no stars you have no customer service skills and no manners or is this just to me you like this too idiots."

"I didn't enjoy my food it was rushed and after ordering the same dish it got to a point where it was the same brought food back to be re done same dish however the taste and the flavours I,m use to the way it's normally done but unfortunately I think the food isn't the best even had rice which has been burnt I ain't got the time to keep returning food because it's not nice to eat"

"Food turned up on time but arrived in a right mess all containers leaked everywhere . They did offer for tye driver to come and collect it and they would take it back and cook me another one but that would make me late for work and result in this food going in the bin. No refund was offered and phone was hung up on me"
