The receptionist I spoke to on the 6th was so kind and empathic, and got me booked straight away. On the 8th again, they were closed to patients but the receptionist still made room for me again, on very short notice. Doctor Fletcher was very patient with my constant nagging and explained everything to me in detail both days.
