"Quite possibly the worst Chinese I have ever eaten in my life. The chicken dim sum arrived with barely any heat to them, the sweet and sour chicken was so bland with no sauce to them and then to top off the whole experience I found a long black hair mixed in with the battered chicken. Then a backwards and forward mess between Deliveroo and the restaurant with nobody willing to refund my meal. I even offered to come down to the restaurant to collect the refund in person however was advised that the till would be down. The restaurant did offer to cook me a fresh meal but I declined due to never wanting to eat from this restaurant again. Avoid at all costs ❌"

"Went bad ribs nice noodles taste like old oil not chow mein. Tempura like a ball of mushed veg in fat wish i just ate toast at home not ordering again. Lower the salt its a joke."

"How on earth this place has such raving reviews on Just Eat? I honestly don't understand. Just tried them for the first time. Ordered 1/4 duck starter, tempura vegetables and roast chicken ramen. Problems: -Duck tasty but not wrapped and cold, 6 sticks of cucumber and about equivalent of spring onions Ramen is literally pieces of chicken with plain vermicelli and spring onion broth, no egg, no soy, not even on the side: nothing. Bouled myself an egg, added own soy sauce, still completely tasteless. -tempura vegetables all soggy and most not even covered in batter, all very greasy and luke warm. I called them and confirmed this is how they serve things (restaurant only just opened for the day). The lady on the phone was very nice and apologetic and said she will send feedback to the chef, but to be honest, this was not an accident. How can you let something like that out of your kitchen when you charge for it in the first place?! I'm left speechless. £20 lighter, hungry and speechless. Will never order from them again. Shame."
