"Had my wisdom tooth filled by Dr Shergil. three days later when I was eating pasta the tooth shattered! Went again and they filled it again. But was feeling funny and a bit painful. Went to another dentist and he said they have done a VERY temporary job! But after he did it it has been fine for 3 years now."

"Really bad experience here. One dentist started a treatment and then when she went on leave I was passed to another who didn’t have a clue what she was doing or why I even came in for the 2nd part of a root canal treatment! To top it off I was told it was a specialist treatment and that someone senior would call me to discuss. 2 months later no call and the temporary filling has fallen out and instead of finishing the filling, they leave a hole in my tooth, and me in pain with antibiotics!!! I will not be going back there for sure."

"Umar Butt is a very good dentist, caring and professional. However, staff is terrible in dealing including practice manager. I tried to book for emergency appointment for my wife for tooth extraction which Dr Butt told her months ago that it had to be extracted but it was delayed due to covid situation. Few days back she suddenly had severe pain and I tried to arrange emergency appointment. Umar as usual was not available (good doctors always busy) so went to new dentist who again took xray and reconfirmed extraction but refused because she did not have time. She was sent home with advice to wait for another appointment and take painkillers (terrible service). 2 days later she had severe pain again hence tried another emergency appointment but staff was terrible, not helpful at all. Receptionist said no doctor was available, she should continue taking painkillers and wait. I complained to manager, she wasn't any better, sided her staff. End of the day we had to go private to get out of this misery. Terrible service and rubbish, inhumane staff."
