"Was so pleasantly surprised with this place! We walked in on Saturday for a late lunch and the place filled instantly. One of the best seafood dumplings that I had in London, definitely recommend. The menu is huge, so be prepared to fold through the pages hunting for the best bites. Fishball soup was alright, and the special duck was delicious, however the plates were not heated, so food went cold super fast. The staff was friendly, however either provided slightly too much attention or at times was so difficult to reach, so service part could be improved. Otherwise, come see for yourself"
"Had lunch with a friend… food here is very decent & good! Their roast duck is da bomb!! Crispy, juicy & not too much fat. You will have to come early, I don’t think you can make reservation, it is first come first serve. Totally worth the wait!"
"Solid Chinese food but quite pricey. The duck was juicy, not too dry and not too oily. Eggplant was delicious too and we packed the extras home (50p for the takeaway box). Fried rice was lacklustre though."
"I miss London-Chinese food, and this place hit the spot! Especially the 通菜 (or maybe I’ve just been deprived of veggies stir-fried in garlic). 小籠包 is surprisingly not bad either. I understand the hype."
"We ordered dim sum today . We waited our food for 35 minutes, and 1 dish was missing . The table on our left side had ordered food later than us , but their food came first to us. The table on our right side had ordered and their food came after 5 minutes. Is there any rules of the table? So if you are arranged to sit the same table as our , you will be the "lucky" one. And this " luck" is out of your control.I think the waiting time is out of the acceptable waiting time . We asked why the waiting time is so long , the waiter said it is about the kitchen , nothing to do with the service. Well,,, the waiter even didn't try hard to push the kitchen . And we see some empty table next to us.. is that really busy? is that necessary to take 35 minutes to heat up 6 dishes and which 1 dish is even missing? At the end we requested to waive the service charge , the waiter was so rude and said "if you have problems, just go to see the doctor. " Well thank you for this quality of service. Last point , to be fair , i think their xo sauce fried turnip cake is nice, which is the dish that is missed at the early stage ..."
