"Cian (Therapist) and Rhianna (Nurse) were quite superb today! I was so worried and anxious about problems with my teeth and was feeling very embarrassed and upset about the whole situation. Within minutes I was put totally at ease and made to feel that nothing was insurmountable. My issues were resolved professionally and in fact I had another appointment for next week but Cian managed to do the work today so saving me a further trip back to the Dentist. I was treated with dignity and so much kindness. I can't priase these ladies enough. They are a credit to Birchwood Dental Practice and BDP are very lucky to have such fabulous people working for them. Well done all and thanks so very much. I can smile again now. x"

"Took my 6 year old on 05/05 and she doesn’t like dentists at the best of times however Cian (The Therapist) and Isabelle (the Nurse) put her at ease and reassured her the whole way through and always explained what they were doing.
