"I loved going to Dr Rashid. I’m a very nervous patient and he always made me feel calm and relaxed. He has helped me maintain great dental care. He explained everything so clearly. I would’ve given 5 stars but unfortunately the receptionist lets this place down. She is very UNHELPFUL and rude. I also got taken off the books without any letter or phone call as I hadn’t been for over 18months! I tried to speak to the receptionist about this but she wasn’t interested and shut me down with all I tried to say. She was very rude. She is letting this place down."

"I had been going to this dentist for years and the service was great but have now taken myself out of this practice because my wife found out she had been taken off the list with out notice as she had not been going for a number of years as she's had bad experiences in the pass . But this dental practice is not interested in what we at to say just interested in making as much money as possible. Also found the reception lady as far to much to say for herself. Shes a receptionist no more than that. But carry on like she owns the place also found her rude and miserable. I never got a hello or a smile out of her. after Covid way any one will want to go to the dentist and have dental instruments put in their mouth is beyond me ."
