"Awful customer service. Spoke to an extremely rude woman called Zoe who argued and shouted at us. After calling to complain because we had been waiting for 2hrs even though when we placed the order it was a 30min wait, she argued with my mother for a good 15 minutes and did not apologise or offer any sort of compensation once. Furthermore would not allow us to speak to a manager or give us their name. I got second hand embarrassment for Zoe. During collection there was a queue of people who were all in the same situation as is it was awful. Rude people they need to sort themselves out don’t take as many orders if you can’t prepare them all."

"Extremely poor excuse for a “meal”. Little to no care was taken in it’s preparation. Most of what arrived was utterly disgusting and/or wrong. Most was bland, some of it burnt, some of it in grey-ish slimy gravy. Pretty disgusting. Will never order from there again."

"Delivery times are a total lie, food was terrible and the customer service is dishonest and awful as you can see from the response from the restaurant below (total lie). After ordering and waiting for 1 hour, no food arrived, I called the restaurant and they LOST my order. The lady asked me to send her screenshots of my order and still didn't believe me. Finally after finding my details on the system, they sent me the disappointing food after 1 hour and 35 minutes. Do not recommend."
