"I’ve recently decided to have invisalign treatment and went Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetic after seeing their social media posts about their great reputation with invisalign (and other dental treatments) I’m normally quite nervous about going to the dentist, but I couldn’t have been more relaxed here . From entering the reception area which looks more like hotel lobby, instead of feeling anxious I felt at ease. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The clinic is beautifully presented and is so clean and high tech. I had a first appointment with Kezia who was really informative and friendly. She answered all my questions and I decided the same day to go ahead. My second appointment was with the dentist Mr Raval and the dental nurse Zara. Both were welcoming and professional and I felt in safe hands. I am so glad I made the leap to come to CH for my invisalign and will be thinking about coming here now for all my dental needs as the experience just does not compare to my usual nhs dentist! Thank you"

"My check-up visit was a positive experience from the outset with a clean and welcoming reception area. I did not have to wait long for the appointment itself. Mo introduced himself and was polite, friendly and attentive throughout. The room and equipment were sparkling clean and state of the art. Luckily no particular treatment was needed this time but I look forward to a hygienist appointment soon. An excellent overall experience. Would recommend."

I was able to discuss my treatment options and agreed on plan. I was well informed about the treatment plan. I received reminders for planned appointments timely. "For transparency, I will say that I have been invited to leave a review, albeit on the clinic's website, for a small incentive. This review represents my experience with this practice exactly as it was, irrespective of any promises. I've started attending this clinic recently, working with Dr. Mo in particular and so far I have been extremely pleased. Everyone is exceptionally nice and responsive, from the receptionist to the dentist. The actual clinic looks very well maintained, modern, clean, with complimentary drinks. Appointments are on time. Dr. Mo works extremely gently. Injecting anaesthetic was painless. I even asked him how he did it as I was truly impressed. He is very friendly, meticulous and explains everything very clearly, he involved me in treatment decision and never rushed me (something which I found with other medical professionals). I found him to be very responsive and always attending to issues promptly. I very much appreciated his seeing me for one particular appointment despite my being late almost 15 min due to circumstances. This shows his willingness to go the extra mile for his patients . So far, I have been very pleased with the treatment and the entire experience. I will continue to attend this clinic whenever necessary even though I have to drive 35-40 min to get there. I would definitely recommend this clinic."
