"The service I received at this clinic was exceptionally amazing. Everyone was professional and friendly. I am usually anxious to visit the dentist but my experience with Dr Shakir was extremely good. He explained all the steps of the procedure he was undertaking and his confident approach was very reassuring. He was efficient at his work and had a holistic approach which put me at ease. He answered all my questions thoroughly and put the patient first. I have also received excellent results with my teeth whitening process and I will for sure visit him again."

"I was not looking forward to the idea of seeing a dentist having had many bad experiences over the years as a result this was my 1st visit in several years. I was greeted in a pleasant and comfortable environment and felt just as comfortable on meeting the dentist. We discussed a possible treatment plan and having agreed to have the treatment. I usually don’t cope well as soon as a dentist does anything however on this occasion I felt completely relaxed and at ease which is full credit to the dentist. I was told the treatment would take 15 minutes however it felt like it took half the time and very surprised to be told it was finished. I can’t say I’m looking forward to my next appointment however am certainly feeling more positive and the trepidation I felt prior to this appointment is no longer an issue"

They also were very patient with my strong gag reflex. A friend of mine has also had excellent experiences with them. I felt in really good hands! The follow-up and aftercare being included is very reassuring, and being able to get a same-day appointment also makes things much easier."

"I just visited for a check up, had an X-ray and a hygiene clean. Everyone I spoke to here is so lovely and friendly. The dentist talked me through the process of what the appointment would entail and when he had took the X-ray asked if I wanted to see it and told me exactly what I was seeing in my X-ray. He was very professional and courteous, asking if I was ok or in any discomfort throughout the appointment. It was a pain free experience, there was no discomfort at all and the nurse who assisted was so friendly and lovely too. One of the best experiences at the dentist that I’ve ever had. I had been going to a dentist in Deansgate which is more local to me but they regularly cancelled my appointments so I was glad to find Night and Day and I’m happy to say that I’ve just switched dentists. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. Top quality experience."
