"From my first contact by phone & actual calling in at the Showroom. Both Adam & Natasha were helpful & informative. Both treated me with the utmost respect in buying a Ford Galaxy. Mr Robert M O'Connor ( Bestest )"
"Don't buy from these people, bought a car from them and have had nothing but problems, had my clutch go within 2 weeks of having it, when they replaced it they not only sheered one of the clutch bolts and didn't tell me but also damaged my car door when lifting it up and never followed up to replace it. Also failed to provide me with a new logbook and when i rang to resolve they were rude and did nothing to resolve the issue. Avoid!"
"Was going to buy a car Tuesday agreed on date the car would delivered the next day, next morning had no phone call(like the said they would). Rang up they where not sure when car would be ready as they where waiting for a part(this was at half 1 delivering the car four hours to mine so could of let me know they weren’t coming)said they where going to ring me back to give time and date they where going to deliver the car, again no one called me back. So obviously rang again said it would delivered Friday and that they would ring me back to confirm Thursday l again no phone call! l rang them again they said we just took car out for test drive and the engine light came on asked if we wanted them to look into it, I refused as they just kept keeping us out of the loop of what was going on, so made me worry about who I’m buying a car off. So we asked for a refund of our deposit. I did want the refund done now as this money was going on a new car. They said the money would be in Saturday afternoon , Saturday afternoon comes round no money so rang them Sunday morning, she told me she just needs to speak to her accountant and she will call me back surprise know one called me back, so rang again said they would call as back in half hour, would you believe it know one called us back, now closed still haven’t got my money. Seems unorganised also dismissive that this was our savings for a car, I also sold my car under the impression that my new car was coming Friday. No car down 100 pounds, they don’t seem think there in wrong. Would not recommend"
"Bought one of their van, paid a deposit. They advertised the vehicle in excellent conditions and turned out that its windscreen was cracked all over, had a abs light on, and even rear mirror smashed; and the car in general was not in a safe drivable/sellable condition. So lost most of deposit £200. Now the vehicle must have had its windscreen replaced with my deposit and they have increased the van value for £1000 extra.. and funny enough they have all over their garage’s front “approved by different technical organisations when they are no” garages like that lack ethical values to operate.. I wouldn’t recommended them."
"Bought a Vauxhall Insignia from them, my biggest mistake was to naively trust the dealer because they offer a 3 month warranty. The car was trouble from day one. Firstly we agreed that they will have the front tyres changed as they were near the limit. It took 2 weeks and a few calls from me to remind them that I’m still waiting. Then I took the car to 4 different garages to inspect the car, all of them told me the car is in a not good condition at all and 3 of them said that the head gasket is faulty. However Inayat the boss of the Parkside Garage kept persistently denying there’s a problem, laughing at my face and said that I should simply IGNORE what all the other garages are saying and that the car is in a good condition. I kept coming back to him every week, he had some minor problems repaired however the main issue was denied to be even existing. Then during one of my regular visits he ‘remembered’ that he “changed the whole engine before selling the car to me” when I asked for proof he changed the subject and then disappeared, I didn’t see him later that day. Next time I came I informed him that I’m recording the conversation on my phone and asked about the proof of engine change, he said that his word is proof good enough because I’m recording it. He also kept calling me paranoid about 10 times. I have a strong feeling that if I was male I would have been treated differently because women are assumed to be incapable of thinking, reading, listening, consulting with other professionals and finding out information about vehicles and mechanics! He had the coolant bottle replaced into a new one and just over one weekend trip most of the coolant was gone from the bottle and the bottle itself became all greasy and dirty, it definitely should not happen with a normal working engine, I know that much! But still, Inayat claimed it’s completely normal after longer trips and that I shouldn’t worry. It offends me how he thought that I’m completely stupid. I reported the business to trading standards. Only buy a vehicle from them when you’re 110% sure that it’s in good condition, don’t make a mistake of trusting them and don’t get tricked into buying a faulty product for 2k like me!"
