"Recently bought some UGG boots as a Xmas present. Item arrived with damaged box. Inside box Cardboard shoe tree missing from one boot and UGG wrapping creased to hell. Clearly a returns.Hof customer services not interested stating they are not responsible for packaging.Have to send back at my expense even after paying £9.99 next day delivery. Will not be buying from them again. AVOID AVOID AVOID."

"Very sad to see yet another store close down in Doncaster. We were there to buy the unwanted mannequins and were 100% happy with those we bought, it looked like a huge garage sale in store and there were many, many bargain hunters so i think what's left at the end of this weekend will be greatly reduced just to see things go!"

"Love this store I will miss having it near by. The staff in the restaurant are great. It was my quiet escape now I will have no where else to go. I struggle traveling far with health issues this store was ideal for many reasons. I can't belive its closing its doors. Soon we will have nothing left. The shops in town aren't great as it is. No wonder they don't make anything their either to expensive or people don't make enough for the rent. Forced to close. Greed and the Internet. Trouble is you don't know what the quality is like when you look on linei personally like to look at what I am buying. Good luck to the staff. Such a shame."
