"Fantastic shop for second hand baby and children clothing unfortunately the staff are very rude and i found them very unwelcoming (minus one lady who spoke nicely to my little boy). Today was my first visit out with all 3 of my children one been a newborn baby. My 3 year old saw a flashing light outside and ran towards it and instead of just making people aware a child had gone out of the doors she started shouting and making a huge fuss so everyone was staring at me and it was such an uncomfortable situation then she rudely said "do you want to go get him then" all 3 staff didn't engage with me then after. If they don't want children in their shop then maybe they should take down the lights, music, and reading area. If it wasn't so exciting for the children they would probably walk around nicer. It costs absolutely nothing to be kind especially if you see a struggling mum who just desperately needs uniform after been in the house with poorly children's for 6 weeks!! A smile goes along way!"
