"Such a shame. Last few deliveries have been good. Thought I would change to them. Tonight took 2 hours 10 mins for delivery called after an hour and told 30 min max. Called again after 1 hrs 45min and told guy had left (7-10 min drive max) arrived 2 hours 10 mins after order. Turned order away as had already cancelled at restaurant. What a waste"
"Diabolical delivery time. Waited over two hours. Rang after 1.5 hours to be told that the food had left the kitchen, phoned an hour later to be told that the lady didn’t check and the food still hadn’t left and would take a further 30-45 minutes for delivery. After two hours we did not receive our food. Awful"
