"So far, my experience at Bupa has been positive. I have been seen by a brilliant, female dentist and each time, she gives great advice and is trustworthy. I have avoided going to other dentists in the past as it always seemed like they found problems and made it seem like it was a worst case scenario (removal of teeth or filling) but after all these years my tooth is healthy and has not caused any problems. But since I went to Bupa, I feel reassured and don't feel like I'm being mugged off. Making an emergency dental appointment wasn't a problem at all and was in fact arranged very quickly which was very helpful. There are sometimes issues getting through to reception as calls aren't always picked up and the wait can be long, so this was a rare occasion where I was able to get through and was given an appointment straight away. This is no fault of those who work there but purely down to the structure of the building: one of the dental rooms is directly next to the reception and often when the door is opened, even briefly, I worry others may be able to see me and this makes me feel a little embarrassed and uncomfortable."
