"I went whilst I was 4 months pregnant for a checkup. Found that I needed a filling replaced and another tooth keeping an eye on that was causing tooth ache. Anyway booked in to have my filling changed and around that time I had complications with my unborn child and it resulted in my daughter being born sleeping 5 months early. Due to confusion with hospital appointments and the dentist, I mistakingly went a day late. As you can imagine my head was all over. The attitude I got off the receptionist was appalling, I was instantly told I was blacklisted from using their dentist without even being able to explain my side of the story - that I had been in and out of hospital. Simply just blacklisted. Didn’t get the name of the woman on reception but she was so rude and showed any lack of understanding. I don’t know why receptionists for gp/dental surgeries think they’re bouncers for their place of work but it’s really embarrassing. The little bit of power gets to their heads clearly. Whereas if she would have just heard what I had to say, as to why I got the days mistaken we could have perhaps got the issue resolved, and maybe she would realise there is infact worse things going on in the world. Hope everyone else’s experience is better than mine!"

"Sebastian my dentist and his dental nurse Donna are both amazing. I recently attended for a routine check up, which is always an anxious time for me as I have had many problems over the years with my teeth. They are both extremely friendly and always put me at ease immediately. Sebastian is a very thorough dentist and always explains everything to me in great detail. Donna assists Sebastian very well and they appear to work great together. The reception staff are great too. I have never had any issues when trying to get an appointment around my working hours. I give this practice the 5 star rating that it deserves."
