"Rude, unaccommodating and unprofessional !! We as a family have ordering from swans for years and wanted to place a big order for a birthday celebration, the owner was impatient and refused to take the order over the telephone, when I politely asked if we could proceed over the phone he said I don’t want your order and slammed the phone down. Shame as we have been using this take away for a number of years and we as a family will not again. Big loss for the takeaway."
