"I booked my car for MOT test for 12 December. A week before the test the diagnostics light came up. I checked the fault which was related to DPF. I went to the garage and explained the fault and shared the fault code and asked if I should reschedule the test. The young man at the counter said, no problem just bring it in first thing on the test date and they will fix the problem before test. I did as was asked on the day. At close of the day when I picked the car up, it had failed the test and they had not even tried to fix the problem. They promised to get the parts in and fix it before the retest date. Despite all my efforts to get a price from them and book the car in for repairs, they never came back to me. I got the car repaired elsewhere and booked for retest. On the day of retest they cancelled the appointment and rescheduled it for after Christmas, leaving me with no car for the Christmas period. In fact I found out they were going to replace the DPF unit, which would have cost around £1000, whereas the unit only needed cleaning at much lower cost. They don’t seem to know what they are doing. NO CARE. NOT RELIABLE."

"I went to do a check up using the free service. They were very professional and efficient. And then I went home and my tyre deflated a bit. At the time I thought nothing of it, but when I tried to put some air into it I realised I got a puncture. Now I'm so mad . I was supposed to come back to do some repairs but now I'm too scared of this happening again. And my bill which was already high will be higher. It could have been just my luck or it couldn't have been avoided or else, but you don't want to go to a garage and add more to your bills at the end of the day"

"Booked wheel alignment, paid for it straight away next day took car there,the guy asked me what for I've booked my car.i told him wheel alignment, but it was visible in the systems well! The guy said OK come back in roughly 2hr ! when I came back, the other guy asked which car and what should be done. I said again wheel alignment and the answer was: I'm apologies but the system has been broken since morning, so we can't fix your car, we'll give you your money back! I asked why they couldn't tell me when I left the car there, but he couldn't answer!!!!! I waisted 2hr for nothing. Not recommend"
