"Recently on a Saturday we tried to order a take away over the phone. Unfortunately one of the staff was very unhelpful and rude on the phone when my partner tried to describe a dish she had ordered in person previously. Unbelievably the woman on the other end of the phone said come into the shop and out the phone down on us without giving us a chance to explain. We have found this particular member of staff to be unhelpful and impatient on previous occasions, so this is why we decided to review. Generally the food is fine but we went elsewhere on this occasion and probably will do so in future. There are plenty of other places to get a takeaway with polite and helpful staff."
