"Since opening an office close to this garage i have used their services on numerous occasions both for work and personal. Last week we had an issue with one of our cars. They fixed it but just after another error came up at about 4pm on a friday. Technician Paul and the team pulled out all the stops to get us the part and get the car back on the road. "Was recommended Curtis Autos by national tyres after buying a second hand car that started having issues (oil smell, leaking and blue smoke coming out of exhaust). The service I received was excellent - they gave my car a thorough inspection, told me exactly what was wrong and gave me advice on what to do in relation to the garage I'd bought the car from the week previously. They took the time to draw me diagrams and they took pictures of the underneath of the vehicle to help me understand what was going on. I was asking lots of questions and all were answered in loads of detail. I left feeling lots better after having an anxious few days, which says alot considering I've been sold a car that needs quite a significant repair. Will definitely be coming back and want to thank them for being so accommodating and kind."
